How late can I order from Lazyrun ?
As late as you’re up. We operate 24/7 in many markets, and are open late everywhere else.
Can I order alcohol with Lazyrun ?
For customers ages 21 and up in many, but not all markets, customers may order alcoholic beverages like craft beer, hard seltzer, liquor, and a variety of wines on the Lazyrun app. Check the app or order page and enter your address to confirm what products are available in your area.
Customers ordering alcoholic beverages must provide a valid ID at time of receipt.
Can I cancel my Lazyrun order?
You may cancel your order in-app at any time before packing begins. After packing begins, you may cancel your order by contacting customer support if your order hasn’t been delivered and at least 60 minutes have passed since you placed your order.
My Lazyrun order, containing an age-restricted product, was canceled because my delivery partner could not validate my ID. Why wasn’t I refunded?
All orders containing age-restricted items, like alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, and CBD, require a valid ID. If your ID can’t be validated at the time of delivery, your order total is non-refundable. Your order total includes any fees, taxes, and tip.
PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
How much does Lazyrun cost?
Our order fee is $4.95, and we don’t surge or hike prices. (Yes, you read that right.) Priority delivery in as fast as 30 minutes may be an additional optional cost, but FAM subscription members pay no order fee, and may receive significant discounts on priority fees. An additional fee of $3.95 will be added to all orders containing regulated products, to cover costs associated with the sale of alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products.
Mandated local and state fees may also be included.
Does Lazyrun have an order minimum?
Check the app or order page and enter your address to confirm your area’s minimum.
Can you pay Lazyrun with cash?
Lazyrun no longer accepts cash payments.
When can I expect my refund to go through?
Orders processed with a credit card will be posted within 3 to 5 business days, so you should expect a full refund by then.
Does Lazyrun store my Personal Information?
